Appropriate Use of Member Content
Paid memberships are intended for the personal use of the subscribing individual.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships, without refund, where we reasonably believe this provision has been breached.
Refunds in Case of Error
While subscriptions are generally non-refundable, we recognise that mistakes can occur. We will endeavour, at our discretion, to refund the most recent subscription payment where it was clearly taken out in error, including (but not limited to):

- Accidental duplicate subscriptions
- Loss of access due to an email address becoming defunct
Requests for such refunds should be made promptly using the contact details provided on the Site.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing or benefits, with reasonable notice.
